Luxury Life Expo - 4-7 June 2009
The Luxury Life Expo is now into its second year and is a dedicated platform for the luxury industry where leading brand owners can exhibit their extravagant and pricey top end products.
Visitors to the expo will be able to see some of the most luxurious products available in South Africa today, right across the commercial spectrum. Expensive travel destinations, luxury motor vehicles, watches and jewellery, fine wines and spirits, cosmetics, fashion, decor and even upmarket real estate will all form part of the Expo, which is one of a kind in Africa.

Tickets - Will be available online from 1 February 2009 (www.luxury-life.co.za). Prices will range from R50 - R500 per person depending on the package.

Hobby X Cape Town - dates to be confirmed (June 2009)
South Africa's largest craft and hobby event will take place at the Cape Town Convention Centre this June.
All the latest products to hit the market will be on show and there will be a line-up of major industry personalities to assist. It presents a great networking opportunity and place to absorb fresh, creative and exciting ideas. Instead of traditional workshops, visitors will be encouraged to participate in 'Make-it, Take-it' projects.
So whether you're interested in candle-making, stamp collecting or any other craft or hobby, there will be someone on hand to encourage you.

Cape Town Book Fair - 13-16 June 2009
The 2009 version of the Cape Town Book Fair is dedicated to the literature and published works of the continent of Africa.
Leading African intellectuals and academics will be invited to debate, discuss and voice their opinions on the literature of the continent and beyond. The Fair is a partnership between the Publisher's Association of South Africa and the Frankfurter Buchmesse and this year will see a unique collaboration with the Goethe Institute, a non-profit German cultural institution that encourages the cultural exchange of ideas.
The largest book-related event in sub-Saharan Africa, the fair is expected to attract over 50 000 visitors!
